Lupita & Guillermo Engagement

Our second shoot of today was with Lupita & Guillermo at the Palace of Fine Arts and Crissy Fields in San Francisco.

We’re very lucky that we have such easy couples to work with all the time. Lupita & Guillermo certainly belongs in this category. They’re just so sweet together which made the photo shoot so much easier and fun!

Mariesol & Michael Engagement

Mariesol & Michael picked Baker’s Beach for their engagement shoot location. It was another beautiful day in San Francisco to take pictures!

Mariesol & Michael were just adorable together. It was fun to capture them making faces at each other and running around on the beach and having fun.

Can’t wait to shoot their wedding in 2006!

Lily & Felix Wedding

Lily and Felix’s wedding day started off with the traditional Chinese tea ceremony at both parent’s house. Lily looked very glam with all the gold jewelry given to her by their families!

Felix promising to take care of Lily forever! So cute!

This was followed by a lovely church ceremony at the beautiful Valley Presbyterian Church in Portola Valley. Followed by a Chinese Banquet at the Great Mall Mayflower Restaurant in Milpitas.

Announced husband and wife!

Cute favors from Hong Kong

Cute little boy playing with his glass…

Happy couple listening to speeches from family.

Kissing after the cake cutting…

Fun game thought up by friends…

One thing that stood out for me was how emotional the wedding was. Lily and Felix were moving to Hong Kong after the wedding. Even though everyone was so happy for them, you can tell that a lot of their family and friends were sad to see them go. Everyone looked kinda teary-eyed when the couple gave their thank you speeches. That was so cute!

Congratulations again Lily & Felix!

Jeny & Family

We did our first family shoot today at the Shoreline Park in Mountain View. Jeny and her family were great to work with and the kids were just darling!!!

It was quite an experience taking pictures of kids outside of the wedding setting.. it was so much fun yet challenging at the same time.

We had a great time though! I have lots of ideas on what to do for our next family shoot. Can’t wait for that!

Marisol & Justin Wedding

Our wedding from last weekend was for Marisol & Justin in Gilroy. The ceremony was at the Morgan Hill Community Playhouse and the reception was at the Gilroy Elks Lodge. I personally love fall weddings. The colors of the leaves are simply gorgeous and Marisol totally put the fall theme in every aspect of her wedding.

First sight for the lovely couple!

Celebrating their love with family and friends!

The happy couple!

There was a couple of aspects of this wedding that I found very special. First, Marisol & Justin have been together for more than 10 years and they’re still so lovey-dovey towards each other. It’s always nice to take pictures of a cuddley couple. It’s just adorable.

Also they have a family tradition that the bride & groom would take pictures in a convertible. I thought it was so sweet for them to honor their parents and grandparents by doing this for the 3rd generation. It really shows how close they are with their families and how they honor them. It’s just so adorable!

Congratulations again Marisol & Justin!
